In Japan, Japanese persimmon is a fall and winter delicacy.
It is sweet and can be used as desert and other cooking.
After harvesting persimmon, especially persimmon called sour
persimmon, people peal them and hung it outside for about 40days. The persimmon
is dried well and gets so sweat.
Dried persimmon is very popular food especially among
seniors since they eat them when they are kids when there are no enough food.
