Having a rubdown with a dry towel is known
as one of healthy habits in Japan. When I was a kindergartner, my teacher had
all the kids there have a rubdown with a dry towel.
Actually in Japanese it’s called
“kanpu-masatsu.” By rubbing a surface of a body, a blood circulation becomes
better which brings better metabolism. It also makes autonomic nerves get in
good shape.
Doing kanpu-masatsu is easy as all you need
is a dry towel only. Try it out!
