It is troublesome to get dirt by melted chocolate in especially summer however Japanese non melty chocolate do not get melted with hot temperature or warmth of your finger.
The non melty chocolate is “Baked” not to get melted which tastes usual chocolate. It is good for bringing them to BBQ or hiking during summer.
