What's unique about sake is you can enjoy it in different temperatures such as at room temperature, cold and on the rocks or you can even make it HOT. Hot sake is called ATSUKAN and you can taste its different flavor than when it's cold.
We drink sake with a little glass called OCHOKO which looks like a shot glass for spirit but I don't recommend you drink ATSUKAN like a shot. Enjoy an ATSUKAN's beautiful flavor in little sips.
