Have you tried drinking vinegar?

Vinegar is one of condiments but nowadays, there are some kinds of vinegar
for drinking. You can drink like a juice or vitamin drink.
Some may drink vinegar for the purpose of losing weight and others may drink for
improving health status.

There are various kinds of vinegars and taste varies. For examples, Rice vinegar and
cereal vinegar are not suitable for drinking because of strong smell and acid.
It is recommended to drink black vinegar and fruit vinegar because it is tasty and mild.
Fruit vinegar is made from fruits so, it contains vitamin, polyphenol and kalium etc.

Do you know if you drink vinegar, it helps you increase basal metabolism? If the metabolism is speed up, it will be effective in thinning blood and limit the accumulation of fat.  As you see, there are a lot of good effects on drinking vinegar!!!
