Roadside Station is Content Rich Facilities

There are station called “Roadside Station” in Japan which is a station on the regular road and sells or offering many things.

At roadside station, they sell local products such as vegetables or other food, local souvenir. What we surprise is that they also have facilities such as dog run, hot spring and play area for kids.

In the first place, roadside station is for just taking break while you are driving but now we can say it is the place for final destination.

Omake (added bonus) is one of the Japanese culture which has been loved for long time.
Added bonus is not just for adults, it is actually for kids who can only buy small snacks or magazine with their small pocket money. Sometimes people buy things because they want the Omake. Some Omake is too good and we sometimes confuse the toy is Omake or the snack is Omake…

Unicycle is difficult to ride but fun and popular among children in Japan

Unicycle is very popular among Japanese children, especially among elementary school.
Some schools have unicycle for students as school equipment.
The reason why schools take unicycles are probably it helps children to develop balance sense.

There are no handle and brakes but you can go back and forth and everything should be done with balance sense.
Some schools have even clubs for riding unicycle.
